Future

With offices in Fort Lauderdale and Ft. Walton Beach, NBI is poised to go statewide. The ultimate goal? A national commercial real estate brokerage. Our growth has been exponential. To capitalize on it, we are opening offices around the state.

The goal at NBI is to become a national company. Our Fort Lauderdale office – run by founding partner Jayme Nabors – is booming. In the near term, we will open offices in Jacksonville, Orlando and Tampa. And an office in Panama City is on the drawing  board. After that, the company is poised to go state wide – first the south, then the nation. We are staffing up in an impressive way.

Joe Gentilozzi comes to us from the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, CB Richard Ellis. Joe’s years of experience and corporate knowledge will help take NBI to the national level. Troy Seymour has sold more than 500 convenience stores, and is the man behind bringing Murphy Gas to Wal-Mart – and the Exprezit chain of convenience stores. Troy will continue to sell, even as he heads up the company’s finance and administration departments.
